Our Risk-Free Booking Promise
When you book with Haneul Himalaya, you can secure your trip with a 20% booking deposit. The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Nepal or as agreed before your departure.
Please note: The 20% deposit is a non-refundable booking deposit. However, under our Risk-Free Booking Policy, it remains protected as future travel credit when you postpone your trip instead of canceling it.
Flexible Postponement
If you are unable to travel due to circumstances such as:
- Political unrest or demonstrations
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics or government travel restrictions
- Flight cancellations or major travel disruptions
- Personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
You may postpone your trip without penalty, provided you notify us before your scheduled departure.
You are not required to choose new travel dates immediately. Your booking deposit will be converted into a lifetime travel credit with no expiration date, allowing you to rebook whenever you are ready.

Once your postponement is confirmed with our team:
- Your deposit remains fully protected as travel credit.
- The credit has no expiration date.
