What's Included
- Permits and Fees: Gaurishankar Conservation Area Project (GCAP) entry permit and TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management Systems) card.
- Transport: Private Jeep or public bus transportation from Kathmandu to Lamabagar and back.
- Accommodation: Standard tea houses or tented camping equipment (depending on the package style) during the trek, plus Kathmandu hotel stays if specified.
- Meals: Three full meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with tea or coffee during the trekking days.
- Guide & Porter: Government-licensed English-speaking trekking guide and local porters to carry luggage, including their wages, insurance, food, and accommodation.
- First Aid: Basic medical kit carried by the guide, including oximeters and emergency first-aid supplies.

- International Flights: Airfare to and from your home country to Kathmandu, plus Nepal entry visa fees.
- Travel Insurance: Mandatory insurance covering emergency medical evacuation, high-altitude helicopter rescue, and trip cancellation.
- Drinks & Snacks: Bottled water, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and extra snacks/bar bills.
- Battery & WiFi Fees: Extra charges for charging electronic devices, hot showers, and satellite internet access at tea houses.
- Tips & Gratitude: Tips for the trekking guide, porters, and drivers at the end of the trip.
